Spotlight on Local Designer: Anna Campbell

We LOVE this Melbourne designer.!

Anna  has been creating the most divine silken  wedding dresses inspired by vintage romance  and handmade locally – not designed locally and then outsourced like many designers are now doing.

Each piece is lovingly crafted to be unique and have its own presence.  The detail to hand crafted beading and lacework is amazing. Every bride should try one of these dresses on – they are just luxury.

Her latest collection is titles ‘Forever entwined’ a fitting name. Our favourites in this collection (if we have to pick one or two!) are the ‘Giselle’ and the ‘Eloise’ each different wedding dresses in their own unique way but equally impressive.

The Giselle conjures up images of greek goddesses and exudes glamour and decadence.  It is made with 100% silk and has handbeaded embellishment encasing the shoulders and dripping down the back. It is available in ivory and latte.

The Eloise is a lace dress which we have seen many – but this one is just different… we can’t quite put our finger on why this lace wedding dress  just looks better than the rest but it just does. The large cap sleeves and the extra lace layer in the torso just makes it stand out from the rest.

Although I am an advocate of buying a second hand wedding dress, I am sorry to say ladies that I do not think many of these dresses will be parted with!
